Anti-fraud Fraud prevention

近來出現許多詐騙網站假冒本公司之名義，以遠低於市場行情的超低價格銷售本公司的商品與服務，對消費者造成混亂。本公司在此提醒所有消費者，切勿向來路不明且沒有信譽的網站購買，以避免受騙上當。任何詐騙網站上銷售之商品與行為皆與本公司無任何直接或間接關係，消費者若透過這些網站進行任何交易而受騙，應自行向有關執法機構報案處理。

We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent websites.

Fraud prevention tips

  • 1. ListenListen carefully to what the caller says. Are there any warning signs of a scam?
  • 2. Hang upHang up immediately so the caller cannot keep manipulating you.
  • 3. VerifyCall the 165 anti-fraud hotline to verify, and tell them what the caller said.

What we will never do

  • We never ask for bank, debit card or credit card details:Unless you have requested a return or refund yourself, we will never call to ask for your bank or post office account, debit card or credit card details.
  • We never ask you to use an ATM:We will never call to ask you to enter anything or perform any operation at an ATM.
  • There is never an installment setup problem:We will never tell you there is a problem with an ATM, bank installment or credit card installment setup.

We will also never ask you to change your payment method. Calls whose number starts with a plus sign are usually spoofed scam calls. Scammers often work in the evening or at weekends. If you receive a suspicious call like this, ignore it and either check with us or call the 165 anti-fraud hotline (open 24 hours).

The first step against fraud is protecting your own information

  • Do not use identity-based passwords:Do not use simple numbers such as your birthday, phone number or ID number, and do not make your password the same as your account. Use a different password for each site and change them regularly.
  • Do not open unknown attachments:Do not click attachments, links or e-cards sent by email or messaging apps. Downloaded files may carry viruses or trojans.
  • Do not enter your account details on public computers:Public computers are more likely to have trojans installed that record your information, and data on free wireless networks is easily intercepted.
