本網站販售的東西可能包含線上課程、活動報名、數位內容、預約服務與實體商品，性質不同，退換貨方式也不同。底下逐項寫清楚，購買前請先看一下。

1. Online courses and replays

• This counts as digital content not supplied on a physical medium. You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase provided you have not started watching any lesson. Once you start watching (any lesson other than the free preview), the seven-day review period no longer applies under the relevant regulations and no refund can be given.
• If the course has a serious defect (videos will not play, chapters are missing) and we cannot fix it within seven working days, you may receive a full refund.

2. E-books, email series and other digital content

• These are delivered automatically once payment completes (a download link or the first email is sent). They count as an online service completed upon delivery, and are not refundable afterwards.
• If you received nothing after paying (for example because of a typo in your email address), contact us and we will resend it or update your address.

3. Events, talks and workshops

• Cancel seven or more days before the event starts: full refund.
• Cancel three to six days before the event starts: 50% refund.
• Cancel within three days of the event, miss it, or leave partway through: no refund.
• You may transfer your place to someone else by emailing us one day before the event, at no charge.
• If we cancel or reschedule the event, you may choose a full refund or keep your place for the new date.
• For events that include a replay, the replay counts as delivered once the link is sent and is no longer refundable.

4. Booked services (consultations and one-on-one sessions)

• Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your slot: free, with a full refund or a new time.
• Cancel within 24 hours of your slot or miss it: no refund and no replacement session.
• If we cannot provide the service, you receive a full refund or a new time.

5. Physical products

Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may return goods within seven days of receipt without giving a reason (this is a review period, not a trial period). Items must be as new with complete packaging, gifts and invoice. Items that have been opened and used, damaged, or are missing parts cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the consumer; if the item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we cover it and exchange it free of charge.

How to request

• We will reply and confirm within three working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; credit card refunds take about 7 to 14 working days depending on your bank.
• Any e-invoice already issued will be voided or credited at the same time.
• Orders paid with a discount code are refunded at the amount actually paid.
